Mystery of History

by Leslie
(Minnesota)

Product: Mystery of History
Subject: History
Levels Used: Vol. 1
Dates Used: 2006-07

Likes: I liked the layout and the incorporation of "biblical" history with "secular" history. It was fun to learn what was happening with "the rest of the world" during biblical times. There were many activities of differing levels to make it easy to teach to more than one grade level.

Dislikes: In scanning over Vol. 2 to use the following year, I noticed the author made many presumptions regarding how people interpreted Scriptures and early Church history. It appeared to me to have an anti-Catholic bias. Therefore I could not use it or recommend it.
