Likes: I can't say enough good things about Mystery of History! The author has done a beautiful job of making history enjoyable and interesting all from a biblical perspective. You will study important figures and places of the world with biblical figures woven in at the appropriate time. There are many optional activities (for all ages) included such as: timelines, mapping, and notecards. Do what works for you.

Dislikes: I think it's unrealistic to be able to finish one volume in one school year. There are so many great activities to do it would seem impossible to get them all done. We take our time and try to make the most of each lesson by stretching each volume out to 1 and 1/2 years of work.
