Likes: It has a systematic method for identifying the parts of speech in sentences. I wish grammar had been taught to me this way. It has helped me tremendously both in my own understanding of grammar and in being able to help my son. My son, who has some learning difficulties can understand and use the method. I was also able to skip levels to help catch him up to where he should be.

The curriculum is laid out in such a way that it is easy to schedule lesson plans.

The reference information for the student is in one section to make it easy to refer back to after the introductory lesson for that info.

Dislikes: The writing schedule it too fast paced for my reluctant writer.

Level 7 does not have a homeschool version & the version I have is not organized as well - i.e. the reference information is scattered throughout the book instead of being in a reference section.
