Drawing Basics Curriculum Review

Drawing Basics With Thomas Kinkade teaches basic realistic drawing to students ages 8 through 12. This DVD program includes five lessons, five student workbooks, and a teacher's guide. The lessons include step-by-step instructions and activities, and self-tests.

Sketching, contour drawing, line, shape, form, and other instruction is included in this course. The fourth lesson is based on a short overview of art history. The DVD is one and a half hours long and includes explanations and demonstrations of techniques by Thomas Kinkade.
