Life of Fred is a series of unique math books that teach math using story book form. Children will meet "Fred," a young university professor, and follow him on a series of adventures. It encourages students to think and shows them why math is necessary, instead of simply presenting them with problems to solve.
The program is written for students from 6th grade to high school. The complete series includes Fractions, Decimals and Percents, Pre-Algebra 1 with Biology, Pre-Algebra 2 with Economics, Beginning Algebra, Advanced Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics and Linear Algebra.
Beginning courses can be completed in a matter of months, while more challenging courses will take an entire school year.
