Megawords is a program that focuses on spelling, reading, and vocabulary of longer words using a multi-sensory approach. It is meant for students in grades four and up.
Word lists build sequentially on phonics and are listed in alphabetical order. Words are broken down into syllables then combined to create multisyllabic words, which are then used in context to improve, spelling, reading, and vocabulary. Eight leveled books and teacher's guides are available.
