Penn Foster High School is a nationally accredited home study program that allows children to earn a high school diploma from home. The program consists of 21.5 credit hours and includes reading and basic math courses, as well as biology, chemistry, advanced maths, electives, and training for technical careers.
In addition to traditional high school courses, the company also offers specialized programs. These programs include High School with Health Care Concentration, High School with Early College Courses, and High School with Building Technology Concentration for students interested in pursuing careers such as plumbers, carpenters or electricians.
Penn Foster supplies all lessons, study guides, and textbooks needed to complete courses. Courses are self-paced, and each year of high school can be completed in as little as 9 months. Assistance is available from a toll-free instructional hotline, if needed.
