Apex Learning is a digital curriculum designed to help students meet high school graduation requirements in math, science, English, social studies, foreign language and selected electives. The company provides several educational options based on the student's level of readiness.
Foundations Courses target children 13 and up who may not be ready to proceed on grade level. This path is for those students who may need remediation in math, reading and writing.
General Studies Courses offer have three options available to prepare students for college and/or the workforce. Literacy Advantage is for students that face reading struggles. This course will assist the students in mastering the basic requirements needed to earn credit for high school graduation while continuing to develop their reading proficiency. Core Courses are offered at grade level, and Honors Courses are intended to meet the needs of students who are preparing for Advanced Placement courses.
Advanced Placement Courses target children who read on grade level or above, and have demonstrated mastery in other high school courses. These courses will prepare students to succeed while taking the AP exams.
Finally, Exam Prep Courses are offered to ensure that your child has the tools necessary to achieve success on important exams.
