Bob Books Review

Bob Books are sets of leveled readers that gently introduce children to reading and provide reading practice.

The very first book of Set 1 uses only four letters and allows children to feel confident as they begin learning to read. Each set of books introduces new sounds, eventually progressing to more complex words and long vowels. The books contain black and white drawings, and simple, entertaining stories.

For children not yet ready to read, My First Bob Books will introduce them to the skills they will eventually need in decoding and reading. Five sets of books, progressing in difficulty, and the My First Bob Books are currently available.
