McRuffy Math is a consumable math workbook program based on objectives that meet or exceed state and national math standards. McRuffy is manipulative-based and uses auditory, visual, and tactile methods to teach concepts.
The program contains card sets, posters, and games which are included in a resource pack with the purchase of the program. Manipulatives, which are included in some packages, and sold separately in others, can be purchased from McRuffy Press.
It is a spiral program, re-visiting concepts throughout the year and teaching successively more complicated material in a spiral fashion each year. Teacher's Manuals contain detailed lesson plans and are included in the purchase of the program.
