A Great Overview

Likes: This program is a really great way to introduce history to elementary students. If you are planning to follow a four year cycle of history, I would recommend starting with Volume 1 & moving through all four volumes & then moving on.

This program is simply not complete without the Activity Guide that goes with each level. It makes this program work wonderfully! My boys love the map work & all the fun extras. The reading list is also very thorough. There is even a great pronunciation guide in the beginning of the Activity Guide to help while reading.

Dislikes: I honestly can't think of anything I truly dislike about this program. It is all black & white so I know that many may not like that. It is also not a fully Christian program that many ask for but it does mention historical biblical events when appropriate.
