#1 Easy to use and understand. Weekly lesson plans are included along with a list of supplies that you will need.

#2 The author walks you through step by step to complete a hardbound book, book jacket, and even an about the author (your child) page.

#3 Plenty of helpful tips and examples are included. But best of all my children loved making their own books. It is something I will treasure forever.

Now Creating Books is only available on CD-book and 2-disc DVD Set. This may be better than just the book because it is updated and includes Valerie's workshop on creating books and includes many more samples of children's books.
