My daughter really enjoyed this book. It's very well laid out and the instructions are easy to understand. I am not a very artistic person and my daughter (then 8) was able to do it mostly on her own. To be honest there was so much to it and so many different steps it wasn't as easy to implement in our schedule so we didn't do the whole entire book. Just bits and pieces. But we were very pleased with the pieces we did do (mostly the drawing sections and a few of the painting ones).
