Making Math Meaningful Curriculum ReviewMaking Math Meaningful is a Bible-based math program which focuses on mathematical learning and has programs available for Kindergarten, Levels 1-6, Algebra I and Geometry. Each level includes activities for kinesthetic, visual, auditory, and analytical learners. Making Math Meaningful teaches by a three-step Learning Cycle: Phase 1: Exploring the Concept, Phase 2: Explaining the Concept, and Phase 3: Expanding the Concept. Levels K-3 contain scripted parent's guides which are necessary for teaching concepts. At this level, the program is meant to be used one-on-one with the student. Levels K through 3 require manipulatives and includes both the parent's guide and the student book. Level 4 starts the transition to student-directed learning and Levels 5 and up are written directly to the student.
