Likes: Saxon is VERY thorough in teaching and drilling facts. The teacher's manual is very easy to understand and well laid out. The worksheets are just enough practice. The lessons are very repetitious and good for children who don't grasp math concepts easily.

Dislikes: I did not like ALL the drill and repetition! Could not stand the long, scripted lessons. If you have a child who easily catches on to math it is too much repetition and they can easily get bored.
