SOS is not living up to my expectations

Product: SOS online @ private school
Subject: all
Levels Used: 3rd grade
Dates Used: 2008/09

Likes: Encourages independent thinking.

Dislikes: My formerly happy-go-lucky child is now sullen and quiet on the way to school. He has been crying, etc. We are both frustrated to say the least. I thought this program would be a lot different than what it is, and apparently my child agrees.
