Story of the World 1

I have used Story of the World with both of my kids. We incorporate the stories with a different program-Mystery of History and both of my kids enjoy the narratives. The activities are fun to do as a team and so are the audio CDs we play in the car as we drive. It is fun to hear them say, "I remember that," or when they ask me questions about what the narrator is saying. This has brought out their natural curiosity and they ask me to look for videos and other media that shows them more of the areas discussed in history. The kids enjoy it and appear to be learning important events in our world's history. I can't wait to get Book 2.
