Likes: We absolutely love this program!!!

My daughter does her lessons independently. She really likes this program. She has done well on her own with very little help from me.

This program does have the option for the CD's that offer explanations of each problem and gives lessons to the students which are a wonderful tool, but we did not use the CD's with this program and still made it through this program with ease.

The book is spiral bound which is nice if you wanted to make copies of lessons to take on the run or if you have more than one student in your family using this book at one time.

Also, I was impressed with how they teach the student where the concept of numbers comes from and where we get the number system we use today.

Dislikes: The paper used to make the book is very flimsy. It does not stand up on a book shelf.
