Likes: As someone without any grammar background, I have found the clear, sequential format of this text to be very helpful in teaching my highschool student grammar. We have both found this course easy to understand, with lots of opportunities for practice.

This is a comprehensive text, covering everything from grammar and usage, to writing a business letter, to spelling rules.

Dislikes: There is no answer key in the book. We purchased this book from Seton and they offer an answer key, which has been helpful. Why something is done a certain way isn't always explained though.
