Winter Promise is... okay....

Product: Winter Promise (Hideaways in History and World Around Me science)

Subject: History and Science
Levels Used: 1st and 3rd
Dates Used: 2009

Likes: Uses lots of great literature (the history program); easy to understand what to do each day; lots more activities than you "need" to do

Dislikes: World Around Me science is too basic and boring. Don't waste your money. Overall, WP is expensive but if you are extremely time-crunched for planning and set on literature-based unit studies then I would recommend it.
