Weaver Curriculum Review
The Weaver Curriculum is a Bible-based, family-centered, unit study curriculum for grades preschool - 12th grades. It combines the study of Bible, social studies, science, geography, history, language arts, health and art, and is designed to be used simultaneously by multiple children of different ages.
Lessons are centered around a verse or theme from the Bible. Parents pick and choose from a variety of suggested assignments and hands-on activities for each lesson, such as experiments, art projects, maps, timelines, field trips, and more.
Younger students will need a separate phonics, reading, handwriting, and math curriculum to complete the program. Older students will need to add spelling and math.
Interlock is a similar Bible-based, hands-on program, designed for students in preschool and kindergarten. Both programs are published by Alpha Omega Publications.
